By car. Roadmap (Via Michelin)
• Reach to the freeway Genva-Lausanne-Montreux-Martigny-Sion Est, from Geneva, Vallorbe, Basel, Aoste or Brig.
• In Sion East (=Est), take on the right the road to the Val d'Herens through Vex, Evolene, les Hauderes, Arolla. The "Grand Hotel Kurhaus" is located above the village (total distance from Sion 41km).
• You can also leave your car in a parking in Sion, Evolene or les Hauderes and go to Arolla by bus (leaves from the Sion train station, Evolene and les Hauderes).
By train.
• Train in Sion (line Paris Dijon-Vallorbe-Lausanne-Sion-Brig-Milan or Geneva-Sion).
• In Sion postal bus Sion / Arolla (leaves from the train station).
